Tommaso Cariati is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s London office, specializing in Infrastructure. He works with infrastructure owners, operators, and private equity clients across Europe to drive transformation and unlock value.

His recent work includes supporting a major European telecom infrastructure owner in strategic workforce reorganization, leading a global port operator’s transformation roadmap, advising a national grid operator on a £100bn+ investment strategy, and shaping value creation plans for major logistics and port acquisitions.

Tommaso holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, and an MBA from Stanford University. He is passionate about helping clients build sustainable, future-ready infrastructure.
