He brings deep expertise in data centre lifecycle strategy, sustainability, high-density and energy-efficient design, and Uptime Institute tier classifications. With extensive experience supporting complex customer and investor engagements, Stephen leads technical due diligence, design, optimisation, and strategic advisory work across global colocation, enterprise, and edge data centre projects, helping clients make informed decisions from early feasibility through long-term operational performance.
