Paul Manning is Co-Founder and Commercial Director of NovoGrid, the Dublin-based grid analytics company he established in 2014 with Professor Andrew Keane. He leads business strategy and development, helping renewable energy and data centre developers navigate grid connection challenges using their innovative GridScreen solution. Manning previously worked in construction for 15 years before NovoGrid's successful 2024 acquisition by SCADA International (now Opoura) & Magnesium Capital.
