Ilan is the VP Operations of Universal Quantum, accountable for the People, finance, commercial and IT teams to help deliver the world's first use quantum computer. A generalist at heart, Ilan holds a PhD in biomedical science from Harvard, and is an ex-consultant at Bain & Co. He's spent the last decade in Silicon Valley and London technology start-ups backed by e.g. Sequoia Capital, Google Capital and Khosla Ventures.
